Avelon Live In Care gives care personnel 15-33% pay rise

Avelon Live In Care, Europe’s largest provider of live-in care services, has increased pay for its care personnel by up to 33% as part of £2m+ investment in the workforce.
The company, which provide tailored live-in care services to people in the comfort of their own homes, has also outlined plans for new reward, wellbeing and performance programmes for the workforce.
The company is hiring for 2000 roles across the UK, including frontline carers and operational staff. In addition to offering a market-leading salary, bespoke training, continuity of work, support managers, and attractive benefits, Avelon Live In Care plans to create a professional development pathway and strengthen the wellbeing support offered to staff.
